Praga Studio includes 95 functional investment units and 3 retail/office units. The areas of the available investment units range from 15 m2 to 38 m2. The basic module of an investment micro-apartment is approximately 16 m2. Micro-apartments are modules that can be combined into larger units.

Investment flats are commercial units with a hotel function, equipped with a turnkey bathroom and adapted for the installation of a kitchenette in the living area.

The units are intended for short-term or long-term rental or owner stays.
